About the Wellstar Center for Health Equity

Wellstar’s Center for Health Equity activates system-wide strategies, initiatives and programs to address health disparities. Driven by a cross-functional team, the Center leverages Wellstar’s diverse leadership and expertise so we can show up for our community when and where they need us most. About Soul Support

Behavioral health and wellness continue to lead as community health priorities throughout Georgia, especially within the communities Wellstar serves.  Access to behavioral health care is challenged by a lack of mental health providers. To address the need for local behavioral health care, Wellstar Community Health and Center for Health Equity created Soul Support, an initiative that includes evidence-based programs to provide behavioral health education and support. Additionally, Soul Support awards funds to select congregations to create or enhance an already existing Mental Health Ministry. By equipping faith leaders with education, training, and resources, Soul Support builds community capacity for reducing stigma surrounding behavioral health in a trusted environment.

About Enrichly

Imagine a world where every child grows up confident, resilient, and empowered to reach their full potential. That is the vision behind Enrichly, a transformative program devoted to making self-esteem development accessible for youth and families everywhere.

Using a creative mix of innovative technology and a whole-person approach, Enrichly helps young people build their confidence from the inside out. The curriculum focuses on four key pillars of personal growth:
• Self-awareness
• Emotional intelligence
• Resilience
• Goal setting

Participants take part in interactive and meaningful sessions that explore topics such as:
• The difference between healthy and unhealthy self-esteem
• Social skills and effective communication
• Building strong relationships and setting personal boundaries
• Positive affirmations and a growth-focused mindset
• Self-discovery and identity development

Enrichly is more than a feel-good program — it delivers measurable impact. A recent pilot with a local congregation showed powerful outcomes:
- 39.13 percent of students improved their self-esteem scores
- 26.09 percent moved into a healthier self-esteem range
- 95 percent completed the program with average or healthy self-esteem

Facilitators will receive thorough training before the program begins to ensure success. Over six one-hour sessions, trained leaders will guide participants through a series of fun, engaging, and empowering experiences at the selected program site.

If you are passionate about uplifting youth and creating lasting change in your community, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact through the power of self-esteem.
